I had c section two times after first delivery put up my weight gain and I tried Home remedies, exercise , warm water for lose my weight but my tummy still same

A. hello dear you are advised to do some tummy exercise also include yoga in your regular routine avoid sweets and oily fried food increase the intake of fluid and fibre make sure to finish the dinner 2 hours before going to bed
