A. Hi, instead of three big meal, you can take five meals in a day in a smaller quantity and in a smaller intervals. With that take adequate liquid like fresh fruit juice made at home, coconut water, buttermilk, milkshakes and water. Have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass water after feeding your baby. Make a timetable so that you can cover all type of pulses and veggies and fruits. Avoid junk foods. Walk for about half an hour in a day to keep yourself fit.Take adequate rest
