Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you need to build good immunity bye giving a a balanced diet with all type of micro and macro nutrients, can give vitamin c rich fruits and can also add multivitamin supplements maintain best safety cuuurrently the best option is to protect by not exposing to the virus done by avoiding crowded places and building good immunity as well as strict safety precautions should be followed
