A. Hello mom After you baby turned six months old you can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective of losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get results fast. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan. Happy Stay home stay safe
