Hello, My weight is 80kg now. I want to lose my weight. please leat me know the exercises and diet for my weight lose.

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have rich fiber and proteins diet and have more salad and fruits in lunch and dinner. also follow some regular exercise and yoga routine. and do yoga plnks as it is the wbest way to loose belly fat. take care
