Madam I have 65 weight how to loss weight

A. do cardio exercise.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .If you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout

A. hi the best remedy to reduce the weight is yogasana , Suryanamashkar , pranayam etc Along with that ,you should take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more go for daily walk . drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
