Hai madam give me some suggestions to loss my weight after six of my delivery I didn’t loss my weight

A. Hello mom if you have recovered well by now , you can start the process gradually as too much of diet restrictions etc would effect the quality of your milk and also now you do require calories for your over all health as well . So for now you can avoid refined and processed and sugary foods . Also you can involve yourself in some exercise routine for about 39 to 45 mins daily
