I'm 6weeks postpostram mom with csection delivery .. can I do light exercise and yoga to reduce belly fat

A. You can do any exercises only after 6 months of surgery,doing anything before that puts your scar area under pressure and can cause incisional hernia. For now start brisk walking. Also don’t be in a hurry to lose weight,your body should heal too

A. hi mom just continue with exclusive breast feeding till 6 months .. do brisk walk if post partum period was uneventful . start exercising after 3 months of c section

A. If you take my suggestion currently avoid doing exercises as you body need rest in this time you take good care of your diet and nutrition because this is the time you in which you have to take care of you and your baby taking proper diet and nutrition will help you gain back your strength and power if you are concerned about your belly fat starting taking jeera and ajwain water for body fat reduction and take your medicine and post natal supplements on time because this will help you baby to get proper nutrition through breast milk

A. good morning at this moment I would not recommend you to start doing any kind of exercise absolute you must a complete rest for another couple of weeks after that you can go ahead and start doing light yoga everyday in the morning
