which exercise should I do after c section five months for reduce belly fat .. please also mention yoga

A. it is already 5 months ever since you had your visit infection you can start moderate exercises like this walking doing some yoga take diet rich in protein less in fats and carbohydrates

A. good afternoon I would recommend you to try to do yoga on a daily basis especially you should try to do breathing exercises as well as you can try doing Surya namaskar if you are comfortable start by doing four times
