one can start any workout after 6 months of delivery.
till that Walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
avoid processed oily spicy food
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
maintain good hygiene
