i am a mother of a 5 month older baby, i had a C-section delivery. i am giving breastfeeding to my baby. now the problem is i am thinking about doing Surya namaskar. is there any problem doing Surya namaskar after C section please let me know

Currently I would not suggest you for this you can go ahead with brisk walk after completing the time of six months but currently any other thing I would not advise you you will have to wait for your time is it till the time you do not get physically fit you cannot go ahead with it
