Q.

I had c section, now it's 7 months what exercise should I start to loose weight and strength by back and abdomen. I have been walking 20-30 min daily.

A. Dear mum, apart from the daily walk, you can begin to do Yoga. Exercises like pelvic tilts, abdominal crunches can help to tone the stomach muscles. Also start doing some weight training exercises.
