I had c section delivery Jan 23 2022. From some days I am getting body pain everywhere. ibam doing daily oil massage after massage I feel relax but after some time mainly after wakeup it feels more. For what reason it's happening and how to cure it

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. do continue body massage with mustard oil. take warm water bath. take healthy diet n plenty of fluids. also have suffering rest. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
