I had a normal delivery my baby is 5 months old now. when can I start my workout

A. you can start now. initially start with brisk walk and slowly switch to running or yoga. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. hi it is advisable to start any workout only after 6 months of delivery so please wait for few days more. take homemade healthy food. avoid taking processed oily spicy food. increase your fluid intake. take warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
