I was a fitness trainer. How soon after normal delivery I can start my workout? It’s been 2 months

A. As you had a vaginal delivery if your local wounds have healed completely then you can start working out after six weeks of giving birth itself.Write Your Answer Here

A. Hi parent upto about three months you should take complete rest. after three months , (after due consultation with your gynac) you may start light yogasan after six months you may gear yoieself up
