I had a c-section. When is the best time to start exercising to keep my body in shape?

A. after 4 months u can start gradually further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . Its always bvetter to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...

A. After 6 to 7 months of your C-section you can go for basic walk and proper exercising after 12 months 10 to 12 months of your delivery your internal stitches have to heal completely fast and then you can go for any kind of good workout
