Hello,my advice is it's better to make sure that your stiches should heal first and that take minimum 8months and maximum 18 months ,you should wait a while and enjoy motherhood and after that start doing exercises but then also avoid lower abdomen excerises and stretching exercises also.And please consult your doctor before starting any excerise.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle. Good luck and take care
