Q.

I got my c section before 3month 16 days,,I have gained almost 13kg weight,, now can start some workout to loose weight.

A. avoid sternuous exercise Start walking Take a well balanced nutritious diet add dry fruits powder in the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet maintain hygiene in the area

A. do not ever cut down your diet. u can start some yoga and walking. no heavy work out.
