after my c section weight gained how can I lose weight

A. You can add regular exercise, atleast for 45 mins walks, start with light exercise after you can increase intensity of activity gradually add fibre and protein by including whole grains dal legumes include all seasonal fruits, vegies, add nuts non veg source, hydrate well,

A. Hello mom Now your baby is six months old so you can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get better results. You have to cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plan. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
