Q.

I delivered six months back through C section. can I do physical exercise. I sometimes feel a kind of stretch near my wound. please suggest.

A. hi as you are feeling stretch there iit is better to avoid doing exercises for now. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. increase your fluid intake. drink luke warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. avoid taking processed oily spicy food maintain good hygiene
