I am 5 weeks pregnant ,which type of exercise should I do ?

A. none. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. as you are in the initial stage first trimester of pregnancy it is important to take good care of your self you can go with some yoga breathing exercises rest follow the doctor take care
