I am pregnant of 38 weeks and what the exercise I need to do is?

A. But now there is no need to do any exercise you’re almost close to your delivery date but yes if you have a normal delivery then you should make sure that you do kegal exercises regularly to tighten up your vaginal muscles which are extremely important
