how to reduce delivery weight...I mean plz suggest me indian diet plan

A. dear mum, to reduce your weight after delivery, have an active lifestyle and exercise at least 45-60 minutes daily. Brisk walking is the safest, abdominal strengthening exercise like pelvic tilts, crunches help to tone muscles. reduce your calorie and fat intake for weight loss. Avoid consuming traditional high fat and sugar lactational foods. have healthy fats from flaxseed, nuts, oats. have fibre rich vegetables and fruits. have whole grain cereals and Atta Take good protein from egg, pulses, soya, beans, low fat milk and Milk products avoid refined flour, processed fried, sugary food and drinks. don't Store or buy junk snack on healthy foods like fruit , nuts, sprouts and salad cut salt intake don't skip meals and breakfast. divide food intake into 6 small meals per day drink lots of water.
