A. Hi mom To loose weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. surya namaskar aasan will help you to shed extra kilos from your body. U can also do cycling jogging dance etc. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Drink plenty of water in a day to detox your body
