Have small and frequent meals
Include protein with every Meals like milk , curd, dal, sprouts, soya, paneer, oats, dry fruits
Start your lunch and dinner with bowl of fruits or salad
Reduce the intake of sugar, fried food, sweets, biscuits, bread in diet
Have green tea or ajwain and jeera water , chia seed lemon water in daily routine
Go for 45 min of exercise everyday
