How to increase breast milk as my baby is 4months old.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ). you have to take all the supplements that is calcium iron folic acid which has been given by your doctor till you are continuing breastfeeding of the child. dd

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You can actually go ahead with taking some lactation supplements like fenugreek capsule that is what is going to be very helpful for you and along with that you should increase the intake of water and proteins into your daily diet
