Q.

my breast milk is not sufficient for my 4months old baby.. what is the reason and how to increase my breast milk?

A. feed more frequently for adequate production. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day

A. Hi It was sufficient So that could be possible that you did some alteration into your diet ,so that could be one of the reasons you can try having fenugreek capsules and also you can just continue with the previous Diet that you were following when you had sufficient breastfeeding for the child
