NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello taking lactare tablet and galact granules is usually safe and helpful and since you are diabetic it is better to check with your doctor and he can guide you and alsp gibe infant formula milk as an alternative if the bm is not sufficient which is better and also safe
