A. Hi mom It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start to do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help to reduce the belly fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat.
