A. dear mom you can start following diet as soon as your baby completes 6 months. you should try focusing on eating small frequent mea. avoid tea and coffee 1st thing in the morning. start your day with a fruit and do 30min walk before meal.

A. hi mam,after 6 months of delivery ,you must start doing exercises or yoga regularly. but till that Walk walk and walk. don't use vehicle for short distance. you should prefer healthy diet which contains low fat and high fibers. for example green leafy vegetables, fruits drink plenty of fluids
