c section ke baad weight lose aur motapa kese km kare aur kitne month baad kare

A. Hello mom depend kartha hai aapke recovery par, at least for the first 4 to 6 month apne aapko stres na kare.. Abhi after 40 to 45 days postpartum exercises kar saket hai ..apne kahne ka dhyan rakhe,.. but too much restrictions avoid kare nahi tho aapke milk feed quality par effect hoga.
