Q.

Hii.I had undergone a c section .This is second c section.I am 6 months old now .My stomach is like 5 months pregnant and shall I start doing gym .I am gaining weight.

A. Namaste Mom That varies as per your recovery , would rather recommend for now go for walk and yoga .. vigorous exercise can wait until 1 yea of age

A. You cannot do workout before 10 to 11 months of C-section tell everybody you can start doing brisk walk eat mindfully and more of liquids in the diet which will be helpful for you also you can have good amount of proteins to keep yourself full for a better duration and good amount of feed to produce
