when can I start doing excercise I undergone c section

A. hi mom if ur child is already 6 months then u can start doing exercises such as yoga brisk walk cycling etc if there were no complications in post partum period

A. Hi Mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Go for walking every day Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Stay hydrated Take seasonal fruits vegetables juice and take vitamins supplements calcium supplements
