Hi this mythili i need to weight loss when should I start exercise. I have done c section.

A. hi mom start 15 mins walk for twice a day have good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well this will help you in weight loss as well good quality of milk

A. You Actually can start working out after completing 8 to 9 months of your delivery because by then your daughter stitches are going to heal completely and if your gynaecologist advises you that you can go ahead with any kind of exercise that you are willing to along with dieting
