Q.
hi my son is 70 days old by now he is only 4 kg weight, I don't get breast milk from day 1 of my c sec delivery after 2 days when milk Started secretion baby didn't suck so now I don't even get a drop of milk now, pumping doesn't help too, feeding him only with nan Pro stage 1..any suggestions for milk secretion now.. I badly want to feed my baby with my milk.. am pure vegetarian

You should have started lactating your baby as now there is no milk so it's very difficult that there will be milk again but you can try and start drinking fennel and ajawain seeds water and include garlic,cumin,sabudana,papaya,urad dal and also keep yourself hydrated and drink milk atleast four times in a day.
