#AskTheExpert mine is normal delivery I put on more weight first I was 70 kg after marriage n during pregnancy 78 after delivery 89 n now it's still increasing after 4 months of delivery , If start diet is it effect my breast milk?

Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
