Have small and frequent meals , do not skip breakfast
Increase fruits and vegetables, oats, paneer, daliya, milk, curd, some dry fruits except cashews, ragi, bajra in the diet
Reduce the intake of food made with extra ghee or oil or sugar, namkeen , achar, papad
Do not take bakery products and sugar ... add jaggery in milk instead of sugar if u don’t like tea without sugar
Water 3l per day
Workout for 45 mins daily , suryanamasker is very effective but get urself checked by doc and if they permit then start with exercise otherwise go for walks
Have green tea with ginger twice a day and add pinch of cinnamon it helps in reducing belly fat
