it takes a time so please keep patience and do the following things:
start to do exercises or yoga regularly .
walk, walk and walk.
don't use vehicles for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
increase your Fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
maintain good hygiene.
