hi mam,my baby boy is 35days old ..I only used Granny old saree instead of diaper..but he has some reddish in the potty area..I apply castor oil..but reddish does not reduce...

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. just use cotton nappies for the baby and if there is any diaper rash you can apply before nappy cream over there just maintain proper hygiene for the baby which is very important
