Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)d but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash. d to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. If a child has lose motion of frequently passes motion then redness can appear because those are basic rashes so I’m just going to advise you to apply anti septic cream regularly into the affected area
