Q.

Hi it’s been 7 months I had a C section, can I do jumping jacks, crunches etc now

A. Hello dear Has the wound healed completely? If yes then as by now you have completed 6 months post surgery you can start doing all Sorts of exercises including abdominal exercises

A. hi well , better to start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc then you can gradually do these exercises and increase it's frequency. walk , walk and walk which is best exercise. avoid using vehicles for short distance.
