Q.

hi I need a diet to lose weight I have a baby which is 6 month old .I want to loose weight but it not effect in breastfeed. plz suggest

A. normal traditional food to eat n Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi mom To loose weight start with the exercise. Do yoga,cycling jogging etc to reduce the weight. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food . Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat. Drink plenty of water in a day to detox your body. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
