To loose weight start with the exercise. Do yoga,cycling jogging etc to reduce the weight.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food .
Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat.
Drink plenty of water in a day to detox your body.
Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism.
