l am a working mother, In want to lose weight. Please suggest a feasible diet.

A. Dear mum, to loose weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid junk foods, excess sugary and oily foods. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
