Hello mom you have to be very mindful as to what you are eating , avoid unnecessary snacking and heavy meals before bedtime and avoid sugary , refined and processed foods .. you have to take some time out for some workout or keep moving and do not stay or sit for longer time .. take the stairs instead of lifts .. go for some brisk walking or yoga

Eat mindfully. Avoid intake of high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
