Your baby is 3 months old only right now your body need rest and right nutrition so don’t stress much about weight loss
Concentrate on healthy eating and destressing
Have small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet
Add protein to every meal like paneer, dal, soya, sprouts, beans, oats in your diet
Reduce excess use of sugar salt ghee and friend products
Water 2-4 litr per day

You Shouldn’t be thinking of losing weight as of now because if you do it now then you know the feet is also going to get affected and then the child will get nothing from you so as of now you should focus on eating well you can lose on your weight even after six months but right now feeding is more important
