hi experts, I have gained too much weight in my pregnancy and now pls suggest me how to loose my weight? I'm getting lower back pain, I think it's because of my over weight.... and also pls suggest me which belt is good to reduce belly after delivery?

A. for weight loss eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. have an active lifestyle. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps
