I have gained a lot of weight after pregnancy. How to loose it ?

A. Hi Mom, would advise you to eat healthy and balanced diet with homecooked foods. incorporate whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, healthy fats in small quantities, fresh seasonal fruits and veggies, and adequate water for hydration. add small mid-meals after 2 hours intervals and stick to your meal timings. avoid carbonated beverages and colas, refined flour, excess salt, sugar and fats, packed, processed and junk foods. you can start walk, yoga or exercises.
