Have small and frequent meals
Reduce the intake of sugar, extra salt, namkeen, fried foods, bread, biscuits , maida products in the diet
Increase the intake of fruits , vegetables, daal, sprouts, daliya, oats, ragi, salads in the diet
Have salad before lunch and dinner and with a glass of water
Physical activity 45 mins daily will help u to loose weight more fast
Water 2 to 4 litre per day
