ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. wait threw months ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooa lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

U As of now should be focusing on eating well and feeding well that’s what you can do everybody gains during pregnancy and after delivery also but this is not the time to lose on the way because if you try doing anything then you will lose on your breast video also and you’ll become extremely weak because you’re feeling a child it’s important that for six months you just eat well and feed well and then you go ahead with exercising
