Q.

hi everyone i am 5months postpartum and i weight 79kgs , i have gained 20kgs (from before pregnancy i was 57kgs). please suugest me how can i loose weight .. whatbexeecises can i do ? please help me loose my weight.. p.s: i have already started dieting

A. hi mom to loose weight u need to do strict dieting along with exercise such as yoga brisk walk cycling zumba aerobics etc do both thing regularly .. take care

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration Stay hydrated healthy
